Daiichi Suntory Pharma, Zeria Pharmaceutical and Daiichi Pharmaceutical Agreed on Sales and Marketing of the Acute Heart Failure Agent HANP®Injection 1000 |
With reference to the exclusive marketing rights concerning the acute heart failure agent HANP® Injection 1000 in Japan owned by Zeria Pharmaceutical, based on the basic sales and marketing agreement dated May 28, 1994 entered between Daiichi Suntory Pharma and Zeria Pharmaceutical, Daiichi Suntory Pharma, Zeria Pharmaceutical and Daiichi Pharmaceutical agreed to newly grant sublicense to Daiichi Pharmaceutical from April 1, 2003.
Under this agreement, all the HANP® Injection 1000 products manufactured by Daiichi Suntory Pharma are purchased by Zeria, and repurchased by Daiichi Pharmaceutical, and then marketed by Daiichi Pharmaceutical with co-promotion aid by Zeria.
